Gas Powder Oven Description:

This Powder Curing Oven is 6' High x 6' Wide x 10' Deep, is designed for “batch” powder curing, and can be used as a Dry-Off oven. The majority of the air is recirculated through the heat system, while a small amount of air is exhausted to the outside atmosphere to meet code requirements. The powder oven may safely be used for drying and pre-heating substrate and for curing powder that has been applied. The direct-fired heat system and high CFM recycling fan assure rapid temperature rise and consistent curing temperatures. This powder coating oven includes full PID “fuzzy logic” controls to predict and adjust heat system performance on the fly.
